What is the practice behind Trail Built yoga?
Trail Built Yoga is outdoor-filmed, functional yoga designed for strength, mobility, recovery, and nervous-system reset. It’s built for trail runners, active bodies, and wild humans who want movement that translates to real life — on and off the trail.

Trail Built Yoga is created for trail runners, active bodies, and wild humans; it’s practiced by anyone who moves, trains, hikes, lifts, surfs, explores, or simply wants to feel strong, capable, grounded, and recalibrate with nature. If you have a body and enjoy being outside or seeing nature — you belong here.
You’ll find a blend of:
Functional strength/core work
Mobility and balance
Slow flow, yin flow, nidra, motivation, and recovery practices
Restorative and nervous-system reset
Where are the classes filmed?
Classes are filmed outdoors, in real natural environments — trails, forests, parks, beaches, and wild spaces. Nature isn’t just a backdrop here; it’s part of the practice, to meet you wherever you are.
Every offering is a chance to pause, play, and feel more alive—with fresh air and good vibes to stay strong and restore for an adventure ready tomorrow—on demand Dirty Zen.
Class lengths vary so you can practice how life allows:
Short sessions for quick daily resets
Longer practices for deeper stretch and recovery
Choose what fits your day—and your energy.
• Slow Flow (25-35 minutes) for strength, mobility, and recovery
• Yin Flow (25-35 minutes) for mobility, recovery and decompression
• Nidra (~10 minutes) for deep rest and nervous system reset
• Trail-Built Vibes (~5 minutes) for quick resets and mindset shifts
How often are new classes added?
The library is growing steadily, with new practices added weekly as Trail Built Yoga continues to expand.

Yes. Practice at home, on the trail, while traveling — anywhere you can roll out a mat (or not). I bring nature to you wherever you are, or listen with one earbud in — while out in your own green space. Trail Built Yoga is designed to meet you where you are.
Yes. My classes are accessible to beginners, with options and cues offered throughout. If you’re new to yoga or returning after time away, start slow and build naturally.
