Welcome—where trail-built strength, wild awareness, and real recovery collide.


Hi! I’m Kether—trail runner, wild yogi, and creator of Trail Built Yoga. This whole thing was born outside—sweating up switchbacks, breathing hard on long climbs, stretching under pine branches, and learning how nature trains us to be strong, steady, and fiercely alive.


I grew up surrounded by forests and mountains, where every bird call and shifting light felt like something worth noticing. Since then, my trail has unfolded across many landscapes — teaching physics in college lecture halls, founding a local kids business, creating a local community yoga space, roaming trails, rolling out my matwhile always returning again and again to the natural world for clarity, freedom, and spark.


I blend strength, mindful mobility, breath, and nature-rooted wild awareness into classes that help you perform better, recover deeper, and stay trail-ready day after day.


Trail Built Yoga is an invitation into what you already are: strong, aware, wild at the edges, and built for movement.
